When I am not tattooing, you can usually find me sketching out new designs, attending art shows and exhibitions, or spending time in nature to find inspiration for my next piece. I can't wait to work with you and bring your tattoo vision to life!

I love nothing more than sitting down with a client and collaborating on a design that truly speaks to them and represents their unique style and personality. I'll review your concept and respond within 1–3 business days with a quote and available dates. For faster communication, you can also reach me directly via WhatsApp or Instagram. A deposit secures your appointment and ensures we create the perfect design for you.
Absolutely. I specialize in realism, Japanese (Irezumi), biomechanical, and neo-traditional styles. During our consultation, we'll discuss your vision, and I'll develop a custom design that matches your aesthetic. Whether it's a portrait, full sleeve, or cover-up, I collaborate with you every step of the way to bring your tattoo to life.
Yes. A consultation is free and helps us establish your ideas and timeline. I'll explain the process, answer your questions, and give you a detailed price estimate based on size, complexity, and placement. This ensures there are no surprises when you arrive for your session.
Most custom designs are completed within 1–2 weeks, depending on complexity. Simple designs may be ready sooner; larger, detailed pieces take longer. I always prioritize quality over speed to ensure your tattoo is a true work of art.

Certificate of Registration
This certifies that Rinat Mingazdinov is approved as a Registered Body Art Practitioner (Certification # SR0394143) to perform body art at permitted facilities within Los Angeles County. Issued by the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health on November 5, 2025, this registration remains valid until November 6, 2026. Under California regulations, this current registration is also valid in other jurisdictions for up to 5 consecutive days, or a total of 15 days per calendar year.
Certificate of Completion
This certifies that Rinat Mingazdinov has successfully completed the International CPR Institute Three-Hour Course in First Aid. Issued by the International CPR Institute Inc. (www.icpri.com) under Certificate ID 1058195, the qualification was completed on February 20, 2024, and remained valid until February 19, 2026.
